Tulip Field♪

April 30, my tomodachi family invited Misaki and Yoshie to the tulip field.

There was a huge area and many kind of colors.

For example yellow, pink, orange, purple, red.
Incidentally, the tomodachi family child liked yellow:)

There look like a colorful carpet and it was very beautiful!

Mission Mill Museum★

Mission Mill Museum is part of the Willamette heritage center.
It goes by the name of WHC.

There located in near TIUA.(infront of TIUA)
There had been produced wool product in 1889 to 1962.
But now there managing as museum ,and also many sightseers and students visit in there.

Admission is free on Tuesday at Mission Mil Museum.
There gardening is also beautiful.
There is very good place for you *:)

★On April 17★

①about douhnuts shop!!
There was many kind of douhnuts!!
(But store's name forgotX( )
It was very very delicious!!
Tomodachi familiy's mother recommended Apple taste's doughnut.
It was so delicious.
If people go there, people can eat the most delicious doughnut.

②Keither station!!
There were a lot of daily necessities.
For example cloth, bag, shoes, and toy.
Micael is one of the there favorite shop.
There was many cute grocery!
So cute item which shape was a green caterpillar was mede children happy.
And student bought a seal.
If people go there can buy a lot of cute.
Maybe there is very popular store.
In fact there were many people in Micael.

③about E.Z. ORCHARDS!!
There is an orchard and they grow fruit there.
There is doing fruit growing.
Today it was closed but next time if it is open they will go there*:)

Sakura Matsuri♪

On April 9, Sakura Matsuri was held by JSSL students in Willamette University.
There was introduced about Japan.
For example Origami, Japanese tea, Koinobori, Hachimaki, and Japanese traditional game!
It was so fan!
A lot of American people could learn about Japan.
It made me happy.

Students were in charged of Japanese game corner.
If people went to there, could play game.
For example Darumaotoshi, Otedama, and Kendama.
Many people was enjoy*:)

My Friend's Book

On March 28th, Willamette student was borrowed book to me :)

The book was written about Japan in English and Japanese.

So all of the world people can read that book.
It made me happy!

Because a lot of people can know about Japanese culture.

The book's contents was fan and little terrible.

Because there were many cute illustration!

But not all of book's contents was truth.

A part of contents was a lie.

Duffy read too!
He was interested in about Tokyo Disney Resort's contents.

Pow Wow!!

On March 12, a Pow Wow was held. A lot of Native American goods were for sale. For example stone necklaces, clothes, and hand puppet. The stone necklace is very beautiful and cheap. The traditional clothing was beautiful. It was very colorful!!
 And the show was very exciting. But first of all there were scarry. It was also scary because of the black and white painted faces and clothing. And they had a weapon. But there performance was very good and rhythmical song was fun. But Japanese people couldn't understand what did he say. Because that song was not English. Othere performer's and little children's clothing were so colorful and beautiful. That was native American's clothes. There hair stile was cute too.
 If people went to there, could learn about native American in this time. It made me happy!!
